Synergy Blockchain Pacific Limited — TipTide Platform
Effective: October 2026
1. Platform Role
TipTide is a technology platform and payment infrastructure operated by Synergy Blockchain Pacific Limited (“SBP”), registered in Apia, Independent State of Samoa. TipTide facilitates peer-to-peer USDC tips between users. TipTide never holds user funds at any point. All USDC is held in users’ own Base wallets.
2. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for: the security of your Magic.link wallet; the accuracy of wallet addresses you send to; all content you post on the platform; compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. No Liability for Losses
TipTide and SBP are not liable for: loss of funds due to lost or compromised seed phrases; transactions sent to incorrect wallet addresses; losses resulting from scams, phishing, or social engineering; any technical failure of third-party services including Base (Ethereum L2), Magic.link, or Supabase.
4. Absolute Content Ban
Sexually explicit or pornographic content is prohibited without exception. Violation results in immediate account suspension and may be referred to legal authorities.
5. Identity Verification
All creators must complete identity verification (KYC) before earning. By submitting your identity documents you consent to SBP reviewing and retaining them for a minimum of 7 years in compliance with AML requirements.
6. Platform Fee
SBP charges a platform fee on tips: 3% for tips under $50 USDC; $1.50 USDC flat for tips of $50 USDC or more. This fee is deducted at the time of each transaction.
7. Legal Cooperation
SBP will cooperate fully with legal authorities carrying out lawful instructions, including providing user data when required by law. Users will be notified where legally permissible.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Independent State of Samoa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Samoan courts.
9. Changes to Terms
SBP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
