1. Who we are
TipTide is operated by Synergy Blockchain Pacific Limited (“SBP”), registered in Apia, Independent State of Samoa, at tiptide.synergybcpacific.com.
2. What we collect
To verify your identity and let you send or receive USDC tips, we collect: your email address; your phone number, where applicable; your name; identity documents submitted for KYC verification (passport or national ID); your wallet address; and records of your tip transactions.
3. How we use it
We use this information to verify your account, meet KYC and anti-money-laundering compliance obligations, process your tips, and send you platform communications (such as verification codes and account notices).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data to third parties. We share data with legal authorities only when required under a lawful order. Your KYC documents are reviewed only by SBP’s own admin review team — never by anyone else, and never by any third party.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active, and your financial transaction records for a further 7 years after that, in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing anthony@synergybcpacific.com.
7. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your browsing data to advertisers.
